Unable to submit hiring due to an ICP's error

Summary

Not able to submit hiring due to an error. It refers to ICP eligibility.

Hello,

I created a new ICP, setting up only one eligibility criteria: grade.

While hiring a new employee with that grade, before submitting the action the system gives me the error you should see in the picture attached.

Have you ever seen it? What would you suggest?
Is it something wrong about element's configuration?
