Approval Group with a Custom Role

HI,

we have a custom role created for our HR Specialists. Is there anyway to change the Role Code that is generated.

As per the screenshot, when looking at an approval workflow its not very attractive to see the role code as the next approver. 

is there anyway that this can be changed to something more Meaningful.
