Hi,

For payroll batch loader : Payroll -> Batch Loader   , payroll admins / managers role there is no download button to download the template ?

Please refer to screenshot  (this is for 20b)

Roles have proper privileges to manage batch such as

Manage Payroll Batch Upload

Transfer Payroll Batch
