Looking for Position Report

Hi everyone - we are underway with preparing to implement Position Management. We currently use Jobs not Positions. We do not have Oracle Recruiting Cloud, we use Taleo.

One of the things that we struggle with is to know how many open positions we have (what are they) and trying to piece together organization/hierarchy charts. 

I've tried looking for reports but cannot seem to find any that show me the following:

1) Positions with no incumbents

2) Positions with incumbents

3) Position Hierarchy

Any help would be appreciated.
