Linking Work Relationship Real Time and Worker Assignment Event Subject Areas

Trying to link subject areas for a report

We have a request to add a rehire recommendation field to a termination report that is using the worker assignment event subject area.  The Rehire Recommendation field is in the work relationship real time subject area.  We have clicked the option on 

Show Total value for all measures on unrelated dimensions.

and clicked on Apply SQL but that isn't helping.  We have also tried changing other fields that are shared to use the relationship subject area to see if that helped.

Anyone have any thoughts on what else can be done to link these 2 subject areas for the report that i have attached the code for?
