Hi Experts

We have a requirement where the client request for an audit report in learning 

Audit tracking such activities as : 

1) Need to track which training/community is access by employee, something like most visited learning items
2) Need to track what are the changes done by admin in My client group >learning, like which offering/course is updated, what offering/course is update by who and when
 

Please guide if this requirement can be achieved or any work around for the same.
