OTBI query: extract Withdrawal Reason, Data and Comment

Hello,

In the Learning subject area I cannot find the following info to extract: Withdrawn Date, Withdrawal Reason and Withdrawal Comment. Are they available?
When Learning Administrator goes under My Clients Group -> Leraning -> Learning Catalog -> Offering -> Learners -> takes a learner that is active and Change Status -> Withdraw. When this action is performed he should put the reason and comment. I need to extract those data.
