Want to be able to show only employees with a change in status in OTBI

Hi,

I am trying to create a report that only shows me employees who have had a change in status since last week. Is this possible to create? I'd like to run it every Wednesday and only deliver the details of an employee who have had a status change. No one else should be included in the report.
