We have made a copy the of seeded line manager dashboard and modified it to work with our system configuration and requirements. We are looking forward to rolling out these seeded dashboard features to all managers in the coming weeks. At some point in the future though, we intend to use the similar dashboards for senior/executive leadership. But it appears the line manager seeded dashboard is secured by manager hierarchy.
We would like to understand if it is possible to use these dashboards at a broader level. For instance, we want to use the same KPIs and metrics like headcount and diversity analytics found on the line manager dashboard for a Finance VP. We do not want to restrict data to just the VP's hierarchy but expand to view these data points of the whole company. The finance VP currently does not have access to HR data or HR Specialist privileges to view all HR data. We found that some of these analytics can truly enhance user experience as they contain metrics that interest
