Currently, we are able to create two BPAs for one supplier, but after creating PRs based on the BPA sometimes POs creating incorrectly.

Use Case and Business Need:

Basically, we conclude contracts for a period of one year. But for unfulfilled obligations that arose during the period of the contract, the period may be extended. Therefore, for example, for network construction contracts, we have contracts with one supplier for 2020 and an unfinished contract for 2019. BPAs are created for both contracts. Numbering looks like this - UN/2020/A25 and UN/2019/A34. In the course of work, we need to make applications for both BPAs in order to receive POs and be able to accept the services performed and further payment.
