Hi All,

One of the Analysis which is having below subject areas is running out in error (complete error message is in attachment).Subject areas used in analysis

1."Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time"

2."Workforce Management - Person Real Time".

The error is mainly occurring because of "Usage Code for Person: Civilsoft Information: Legacy Employee Code" field [ path - "Workforce Management - Person Real Time" Person ->Person Extra Information_Civilsoft Information -> Usage Code for Person: Civilsoft Information: Legacy Employee Code]. When removing the above mentioned field the analysis is running successfully. This issue is happening after 20B upgrade. Please let us know do we need to run any process to syn the data with OTBI or any particular set up to be done in order to avoid the error.
