Hi Gurus,

We are implementing an AP Invoice automation tool that needs to access POs in read only mode.. We assigned the PO Inquiry role we created but it seesm, unless we make service account (created for the vendor) a procurement agent, they cannot access POs. 

 

The service account doesn't appear in the LOV unless there is a HCM record associated with it.. HR is not willing to create a record as it distorts their head count reports..

Is there a way to assign the Agent without having a HCM record?
