Hello Everyone,

 

I've created a simple example of an analysis we're making to see how many hires we've had in 2019 by gender and ethnicity.

We're using the Workforce Events Real Time with the Person Real time subject area. (xml attached)

I've followed the video from Julian (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-2h3a7F_19k) but with the attached it appears to multiply the hires by every possible ethnicity that's been used.

I tried to read through the logical SQL but it's quite large for how few columns are in the report and hard to read.
