How to create a person EIT segment with more than 150 char

Hi All,

We have configured a person EIT (for disciplinary action) and requirement is to store around 2000 characters in one of the segment. But application allows to capture maximum 150 characters.

Just want to check if there is any workaround to capture more characters or any other place (dff) that can allow 2000 characters.
