in terms of having the correct data in advance to sift out rehires, how are others mandating the data to support this as part of the application process, questions, via interview?
ideally we'd prefer not to bulk out the application process and enforce a candidate to enter their Ni upfront (they may not have this to hand) or Date of birth (which may be off putting to some candidates), but this data is crucial to sifting out rehires.
at what point are others checking for existing records in CoreHR?
