Error calling REST Endpoint

I am trying to build an android app where on its first page I am trying to call a Rest Endpoint with GET operation to fetch all the data from a business object but it returns an error "Error response during RestAction".

While the app works perfect on a computer when an apk is generated and tested on an android phone it shows the above error and upon deleting and re-installing the same apk a couple of times it starts to work.
