Is it possible to view reports as employee?

Hello experts,

our customer would like to enable a user to see a specific OTBI report.

However, at the same time this user cannot have access to My Team and My Client Groups tasks (he cannot access Person Management work area), but only see a specific report in which are collected employee's personal and organizational information (position, department, job; legal entity).

Is there a way to achieve this aim?
