Issue passing the date parameter to the date parameter while creating a link to the other BIP report

I have been tryingng to create a link for a custom BIP report in my existing report for which I am passing 3 string parameters which worked fin, while passign the date parameter,output was blank repor

I am trying to create a link to a custom report in one of my BIP report. Please see the link below:
