Hi - We are working on alerts triggering for Probation Period Ending and Performance Appraisal.

Probation Period - trigger to Managers 30days in advance. Can we know what should be the filter used and also receipients not seeing Managers neither in emp/empassignments. 

Performance Appraisal - trigger to Managers on thier work anniversary date. (Hire Date = sysdate ).Can we know what should be the filter used and also receipients not seeing Managers neither in emp/empassignments.
