Process to update Flexfield from Manage Employment and locate in Subject Area folder

Summary

I am not able to locate a custom Flexfield that was added in the Manage Employment section in "Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time"."Worker Assignment Details"

Content

I should be able to locate a Flexfield called PER_ASG_DF_FINRA_FLAG_ in the Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time subject area folder and in the Worker Assignment Details folder, but it is currently not there. 

Can someone please advice the name of the process to run to update the Flexfield within this section.
