Multi-selection parameter is not working for more than 1000 LOVs

Hi All,

I am using position name as parameter in my BI report. Syntax for using multi-selection parameter is-

POS.NAME IN (:P_POSITION) OR 'All' IN (:P_POSITION || 'All') 

Here in our case, we have more than 3000 LOVs for position. It is working fine for 'All' values but it stops working when I select a single value from LOV with error 'Invalid parameters requested.'

Please help me to resolve this issue.
