Hi, 

When the hiring manager receives a review new application notification, the tokens/links are unavailable.

I have attached screenshots. 

To configure the alert, the navigation is Alert Composer > Search IRC_JobApp_Review_HM

Is there an issue with the source text? (Copied below)
