Unable to Create a Requisition

Dear All,

We are unable to create a requisition in ORC. When any user (Recruiter , HM or Admin) click on the add button in job requisition area, the requisition creation page is not appearing. This is across all the users.

Note : We are using seeded roles and not custom.

Please do let us know, if there is anything that can be done to rectify this.
