HELP NEEDED! Video Issues

Summary

We are having issues with our videos pausing after the first segment and not continuing to buffer additional segments

It appears, this only happens in Chrome

It appears to be an intermittent issue

This only occurs on the Learner page (the video plays fine on Learning Admin pages in preview), so my gut is telling me it is an issue with the learner page player compatibility with Chrome

Attached is a screen snap from the console with obvious errors, but Oracle has been stumped.

Does anyone who understand video and Chrome have any ideas?  Have any experience? Is there a setting in Chrome we should be investigating?
