Buttons not appearing on bell notification of learning

Buttons not appearing on bell notification of learning nor in email.

Hello all

I'm trying to enable Learning non catalog request. on NUX responsive
When i send the approval workflow the approver receives the email and bell notification, but there is no approve nor reject buttons on them.
How can I enable these buttons?
