Hello,
Like many of us, we are getting ready to do our annual AAP reports. For Disability Self Disclosure , we have 3 choices - 1. Yes, I have a disability; 2. No, I do not have a disability; 3. I do not wish to answer.
Last year, I was able to pull the Disability Self Disclosure type using this SA and the field -
Workforce Management -> Person Real Time -> "Person Disability"."Self Disclosed Type"
But this year, the same field is coming up with all blanks when I pull the same report. I can see the data in the employee record but the OTBI analysis is not pulling the data.
