BIP report deployment by using web service with object permission

Hi, Experts. I would like to deploy BIP report and data model by BIP web services from Test instance to Production instance. Each Object has specific permissions. These permissions must be inherited.

https://www.appservgrid.com/documentation111/docs/fmw11g11116documentation/bi.1111/e22259.pdf
I found a manual of BIP 11.1.9 and tried to invoke some web services. Simply downloading objects and restoring them to another instance was successfully completed, but permissions were not inherited.

1. CatalogService - GetObjectInfo() does not return permission information, although CreateObject() method accepts permission information.
