List to delegate approval is blank.

Hello all

When an Approver choose actions of the notification he/she has the otion to delegate.
The problem is the list is bringing no Results whatsoever (see attached image)
I've seen the BPM WORKLIST task, delegate is marked to Assignees as default.

What must i configure to appear others?
Going further how to bring only peers and above in this option?
