How to get the Latest Hire Date of Employee and compare the same with DFF attribute in OTBI Analysis

Hi All,

We have a DFF attribute called Beneficial service date on Manage person page under Biographical information section. 

Now the business requirement is that If the Beneficial Service date is blank then return the latest hire date of employee else return Beneficial Service date attribute value as hire date.

How to accomplish this in OTBI? Could you help me with this.

Right now we are using Person Real Time subject area to build the analysis as it contains Beneficial services date attribute.
