As per Oracle Documentation this process should only be run once while setting up Recruiting.

How are employees who get hired into the organization loaded into the candidate table if its run just once.

I have experienced if there are new internal employees then they are unable to apply for jobs and get error until this Process is run.So the frequency should probably be daily and not Once during setup?

Any suggestions or ideas are welcome
