Sign into Career Site using Company Website Credentials

Hi all, 

My client requires candidates to create a log in to their website prior to applying to a posted requisition. Is there a way to force a candidate to first create an account on the company's website prior to applying for a requisition posted on the external career site? 

Ideally, I would like the information used to create the account on the company's website to prepopulate an application. I realize ORC does not require a username and password for candidates to submit applications.
