Separate Notification Paths for Termination Action

We need a way to setup notifications to send to a few different groups based off a single action in Oracle

Is there a way to setup multiple types of notifications for different groups based off a single action? See my scenario below:

When we terminate an employee, we want an approval to go to the HR Business partner, an FYI to Payroll and an FYI to the IT Service Desk however, we do not want the IT Service desk to see any information besides Name, Date of Termination whereas the other two groups can see reason, any payout information, etc.
