Hide options in cogwheel on embedded Dashboard

As the title implies, we have a dashboard that we would like to hide some options on.

Hi all,

In the attached picture, we have two dashboards -- the bottom picture is the active one we are working on, the top one is no longer in use -- As you can see outlined in red, we have extra options in the one we're working on compared to the one that is inactive.

We would like to mimic that setting and remove Schedule, Jobs, and Send from the bottom dashboard.

What is the setting to remove these three options from the cogwheel?
