If a new hire is entitled to an element that is automatically created when the employee is entered on the system, and the start date of the entry should be 3 months after the hire date, how could this be done?
 

In other words, if we want to have a "waiting period" before an element is assigned to an employee - instead of having the Effective Start Date of the element assigned to the Employee the same as the Hire Date, we want the Effective Start Date to be 90 days after the Hire Date, how could this be done?
