Learning how to remove the 'rate this activity' message when completing an activity?

Hello ,

In learning we use specialization. When the learner completes an activity of the specialization,for example a section with 1 course - of type video ,or content (same behavior for all types of contents ), the assignment is not automatically completed. The learner has to press Rate this activity  OR  “back to enrollments page” button (at the top) and go back to the enrollments page.
Without pressing this button -the task isn’t completed .The “next” button is disabled.

how can we remove the 'Rate this activity' option in any course ?
