How to make the filed read only for Manager and editable for HRBP

HI Team,

We are trying to make one of the filed ready only for Manager and editable for HRBP in Change work hours (responsive UI)

If the HRBP is also manager then it should be read only for his reportees 

Can you please help, is it possible via EL, if yes please share
