Hi Team,

We have setup one grade as valid grade for each each job. Now when we try to add one Job to one employee we are able to select another grade other than the one listed as valid grade for that job and able to submit successfully.

But the same job if i assign it to another person, it is validating the grade and giving error when we try to add another grade other than the one listed as valid grade for that job.

Looks like there is some issue at the person details which is causing this issue? Any thoughts?
