Mass Updates from My Client Groups - not populating assignment record with the provided action reaso
Summary
Using Mass Update to make changes to assignment record - action reason is not appearing on Assignment UI at employee levelContent
I have attached a screenshot of how the parameters are set in Mass Update and then how it appears in the UI assignment record.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
It is occurring with multiple types of changes not just this action reason.
