Hi Experts

Please let me know if there is a report for all Rates and Coverages that were added or dropped during a certain pay period or last 7 days or ;ast 14 days.

Right now i am able to get the current Rates and coverages. If i was enrolled into 5 different plans and just dropped or waived one of the plans i would like to see that dropped event too.

Do you have any sql that would fetch these details.
