We're getting the attached when users go to schedule any BIP that has a date prompt.  They can click OK and proceed and then populate the date field and submit as they normally would.  This happens whether or not the date is defaulted in the data model, and has only started since receiving 20c.  I can recreate across multiple browsers as well.

Update: after testing further, this is actually happening for all scheduled BIP's, regardless of if they have a date prompt or not.
