Effort required switching from Person Management to Responsive Quick Actions / Spotlight

Hi everyone!

With 20C just around the corner we're looking at switching from classic Person Management screens to the responsive quick actions, probably like many other customers. Looking roughly at the steps:

  • enabling the quick actions in the structure panel
  • configuring the sections and fields in HCM Design Experience Studio
  • configuring appropriate approvals
  • configuring the spotlight pages
  • anything else?

Keen to know how much time companies have either set aside to complete this works (est days) or for those who are ahead of the curve, how long did it take you to configure the and switch over?
