Hi - We are planning to leverage AoR for first time. I see "Contact US /Helps US " screen appearing to ESS on Me -> Benefits. 

However we are trying to understand where does ESS see other AOR responsibility types like "Human Resources Representative" , "Payroll Representative"  etc., 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
