Report Education History instances across columns instead of unique rows

We want to report each Edu History instance for a candidate in subsequent columns so there is only one row per candidate, instead of creating a new row for each instance

We want to report each Edu History instance for a candidate in subsequent columns so there is only one row per candidate, instead of creating a new row for each instance. Ideally the report would look something like this:

Candidate Name	1st Education	2nd Education	3rd Education
Jane Doe	University of South Carolina, RN	University of North Carolina, BSN	University of Georgia, MHA
John Doe	University of Texas, BS
