Good Day,

Kind assistance anyone encountered this when updating Department Tree on Specify nodes.

We just need to add a new department/cost center under the existing tree. This only happens on some trees and we were able to update the others same as before. No other related configurations done with regards to dept.

This error message is encountered as follows:

Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #5": #6…..

An error occurred while invoking task Manage Department Trees. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk..
