Department Tree - Online Audit Failure - Resolved

Summary

I was doing an deletion/removal of departments in department tree but upon running online audit I encountered a failure in validation.

I was doing a removal/deletion of departments (ex. BUL3, BUL2, BUL1) in the department tree via HDL and it was successful. However when I ran the online audit I encountered a failure which is not very descriptive. 

It says that I need to delete this tree nodes in order for my department tree validation to become active. Is there a way to identify what specific departments tree nodes should I delete as it's only ID's that is showing on the failure message.
