HDL Load Error

We have a custom role created to perform the data load operations with minimal access.

When the user tries to import and load after uploading the zip file, getting the below error once hit the submit button.

"Failed Operation" error is popping out.

Please review the screenshot attached.

The same error is not happening if the user gets assigned with "Human Capital Management Integration Specialist" role.

Any inputs from the expertise much appreciated!
