DFFs in Requisition file to be synced to person's employment

DFF values entered while creating Requisition should be synced to persn's employment page post hiring

We are currently moving to ORC from Taleo and there are certain DFF's created in our requisition file, the requirement is that when a candidate is hired against the requisition, the values of that DFF should also get auto-synced to employee's employment profile. We already have these DFF's created in employee employment page.

In taleo we had built custom integration between both application to achieve the ask, now as its the same application, do we have any default options available.
