How to select the correct report that related to WF

Hi,

I have to customize a notification template for internal move WF.

How can I be sure that I have selected the correct report to customize:

I confuse between ManageEmploymentReport, AssignmentChangeReport, AssignmentChangeReportPostApproval.

Is there a way to check in Oracle HCM which report connected to each WF ?
