Interfacing NLR from OTL to Projects

We have been able to capture the non labor resource in oracle time and labor module. Users are able to enter their timecards using NLR, once they select the appropriate expenditure type. Timecards are also getting approved successfully. But when import to projects with source as oracle time and labor, the non labor resource field is not coming thru.

Any ideas? is this functionality even possible?
