How to transfer Learning content resources from one Pod to another Pod in other Data center

     I am facing a huge issue :  Customer need to transfer Learning content resources from one Pod to another Pod in other Data center but has not learning content resources backup copy.  I have tried some method as below:

    1) Tried to downloaded Learning content resources but can't found related API; Only a user case for upload contents in the documents website as below:
